Niambe McIntosh

Niambe McIntosh, Peter’s youngest of ten children, is currently the administrator of the Tosh Estate. Born in Jamaica, W.I., and raised in Boston, Niambe was a frequent traveler between the two distinctly different worlds. As a precocious child and young adult, she recognized the disparities (for many) in lifestyle, infrastructure, income, and opportunities and her passion for helping those who are marginalized began to manifest.

She holds a Master’s degree in Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and currently holds a position as a Special Education Teacher in the Boston Public School District. Niambe recently founded the Peter Tosh Foundation to provide medicinal research, consultation, and advocacy for the legalization and responsible use of cannabis. In her capacity as administrator of the Tosh Estate, Niambe travels the world to champion the same tenets as her late father and many others before her; freedom, justice, and equality.

Niambe is an avid public speaker and is available for speaking engagements worldwide.
