Ann Marie Sorrell is an award-winning business leader, accomplished multi-media global influencer, public speaker, and author. She is the President & Founder of Cannabiziac®, a global member-based company helping new and existing businesses tap into the growing $90 Billion global industry by providing education, training, access to international industry experts, financial resources, networking events, mentorship, and advocacy. Cannabiziac® offers on-demand courses, a cannabis-focused business incubator and accelerator program, webinars, and consulting and coaching services. Ann Marie also serves as an educator, consultant, and business coach for Cannabiziac®. She believes that cannabis is the great economic equalizer through the creation of business ownership, careers, and generational wealth for individuals from all backgrounds. Cannabiziac® is an inclusive global cannabis ecosystem and a clearing house for all ideas and issues dealing with the industry from legislation, infrastructure, technology and more. In addition, Cannabiziac® takes a stand and collaborates with organizations to advocate for decriminalization, correcting social injustices, and equitable entries into the cannabis market.
Ann Marie is also the president and CEO of The Mosaic Group, an award-winning advertising, marketing, and government relations firm founded in 2005 and serves clients throughout the US and Caribbean. The firm has managed campaigns and projects ranging from $50,000 to $3 billion. She has served as an adjunct professor at Palm Beach State College teaching entrepreneurship, small business management, and human relations. Ann Marie serves as an elected Supervisor for Palm Beach Soil & Water Conservation District, Seat 2.
Ann Marie earned a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Florida A&M University. She has served on several community boards and has won numerous awards for her leadership, business acumen, and community involvement.Ann Marie is the co-author of No Glory Without a Story: Stepping Out on Faith to Birth the Business Within. She is a native of Jamaica and resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.
