Farrah Zargaran is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Co-Founder of Virtudes, a hemp farm located in the community of Lenox Bigwoods in Darliston District, Westmoreland, Jamaica.

As COO, Farrah is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Virtudes 136-acre property that produces over 500 pounds of hemp flower to for local distribution and export.

Farrah holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas-Dallas, specialising in biology and communication. Since then she has hones her skills as a consummate business development and process control professional and has worked in a number of high-risk, high impact industries such as Public Advocacy, public administration, business process re-engineering and real estate.

She has now transitioned into large scale industrial farming; now as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest Hemp Farms in the Caribbean.
