Megan Hughes is General Manager and a founding member of Trilogy Wellness – a medical dispensary in Ellicott City, MD. Trilogy prides itself in cannabis education, community outreach & top-notch customer service. Megan is a proud member of the second graduating class from the University of Maryland’s School of Pharmacy Masters in Science in Medical Cannabis Science & Therapeutics program. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Policy Management at Georgetown University to further develop her management and advocacy skills. Megan is a member of Project DREAM, the Maryland Medical Dispensary Association’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative. Megan has a passion for bringing meaningful policy changes and social equity to the forefront of the cannabis industry and is helping launch a statewide expungement program for individuals with prior cannabis offenses. Outside of the cannabis industry she is an active member of multiple non-profits, working within underserved communities throughout her home town of Baltimore, MD. Megan has developed her team with core values of professionalism, community involvement & a customer centric focus. Megan helped develop a strong customer loyalty program at Trilogy that proves time and again how important customer service is to any business. Trilogy is a true medical model- they prioritize staff and patient education by hosting workshops and other seminars to empower the cannabis community. Rightfully so, Trilogy has earned a reputation in the community of compassion and superior customer service.
