Sarah is a California-based cannabis policy advisor & lobbyist, and Founder of Golden State Public Affairs. As a government relations consultant she works at the intersection of business and policy to assist clients, industry associations and governments to create functional cannabis policies and regulations. Since the passage of Proposition 64 she has directed voter initiatives, drafted several policies and ordinances, and led policy reform campaigns. Sarah has had front row seats for the trials and failures of legalization & regulation in California, with an eye always focused on solutions.
